ROSE LEAVES AFTER RAIN

April showers inspire watercolor paintings! My front yard in Laguna Beach was the catalyst for ROSE LEAVES AFTER RAIN after a rare and heavy downpour. Water clung to those thirsty leaves as sparkling droplets in a way that would mesmerize just about anyone. When I looked more closely at the scene in front of my house I felt drawn into the kaleidoscope of shapes, colors, and reflections. How may different greens could there be? An infinite number it seems. Please email gallery@lesliemontana.com for more information about this painting and how you can commission me to create a work of art for you or your organization.
